Job summary

Property Partners Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a motivated RICS Registered Valuer to join our Southampton valuation team.

You will deliver commercial property valuations for loan security and other purposes, producing clear, market-led reports for a diverse lender client base. You will work within a national valuation network, supporting junior staff and contributing to business development, with genuine progression to senior levels in a collaborative consultancy environment.

A leading national property consultancy is seeking an ambitious RICS Registered Valuer to join their Southampton team, with opportunities available up to Associate Director level.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-performing valuation team working with an extensive lender client base—including high street banks, private banks, insurance companies and challenger banks—while gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial assets and specialist valuation instructions.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality loan security valuations, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, litigation support, fund valuations and more. The work is varied, fast-paced and intellectually rewarding, with your advice directly shaping major lending and investment decisions.

Role & Responsibilities of the Valuation Surveyor:
