Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in property or estate agency.
• Ability to generate valuations and leads.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly targets for valuation opportunities.
• Proactively contact prospects via outbound calls and canvassing.
• Lead door-knocking campaigns and local prospecting to secure listings.
• Ensure ROSIE/CRM entries are up to date and follow company processes.
• Convert valuations into appointments and listings with high conversion.
• Build personal brand through social media and local activity.
