haart Estate Agents in Luton is seeking a dynamic Sales Adviser to grow our local market presence. You will canvass, prospect, and convert opportunities into successful instructions, driving branch growth.

The role offers a £25,000 basic salary with a £42,000 on-target earnings package and a structured commission scheme, plus training, progression, and employee benefits. Full-time hours are 8:30-18:00 weekdays and 9:00-17:00 Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle in good condition.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
• Proof of right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate) when requested.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for valuation, lettings and new business.
• Lead canvassing and zonal campaigns to generate listings and opportunities.
• Proactively contact prospects via ROSIE and other CRM channels to convert leads.
• Manage and respond to intranet and online leads daily and maintain contact with clients.
