Job summary

haart Walderslade is seeking a Sales Adviser to actively canvass, prospect, and generate new opportunities in the local area. You’ll drive growth, expand market presence, and become a trusted face of the estate agency within the community.

The role offers a £25,000 base salary with on-target earnings of £42,000 per year, plus an expansive benefits package and full-time hours across weekdays and Saturday. Training starts at our Learning & Development Centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in canvassing and generating leads within a local area.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly sales targets and build a strong pipeline.
• Willingness to participate in training and development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly business targets and generate valuations.
• Lead canvassing activities and manage ROSIE opportunities to prevent lost leads.
• Engage in prospecting via social media, door knocking, calls, and leaflets.
