Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Derby is seeking a driven Sales Adviser to proactively generate valuation opportunities through outbound calling, canvassing, door-knocking and local prospecting.

You will join a high-performing team focused on success, customer service, and career progression within the property industry. Full-time hours with a strong commission structure and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle in good condition.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK as per applicable laws.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK, such as passport or birth certificate.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic IT proficiency and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate valuation opportunities via outbound calling, canvassing, door knocking and local prospecting.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and act as Canvassing Champion with a structured strategy.
• Communicate with ROSIE system leads and ensure opportunities are progressed and not lost.
• Manage portal opportunities on Rightmove and On The Market daily.
• Attend daily 1:1s with line manager to identify coaching and development needs.
• Develop referral business through first-class customer engagement.
• Build your personal brand via social media and video usage, and prospect locally.
