Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Walderslade is seeking a Sales Adviser to canvass, prospect, and uncover opportunities in the local area. You’ll generate leads, drive growth, and become a trusted face of our estate agency within the community.

This role offers a 25,000 base salary with a total on-target earnings of 42,000 per year, plus additional commission and incentive programmes. Full-time hours are 8:30am–6pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm Saturdays, with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle in good condition.
• Proof of business insurance for your vehicle.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Basic IT proficiency.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK as per the Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK, such as Passport or Birth Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to branch growth.
• Proactively communicate valuation opportunities contained within our ROSIE software.
• Lead canvassing with a structured door-knocking and zonal strategy to generate listings.
• Ensure ROSIE and other tools are used to manage market leads and valuations.
• Generate referral business through first-class customer engagement.
