Responsibilities

1. Support the current Validation Manager with team leadership
2. Take the lead on technical projects
3. Post silicon validation
4. Recruitment of future colleagues
5. Structuring and organisation of the team

Candidate Requirements

1. 5-10 years of experience in a management/lead position (both of people and projects)
2. Good knowledge of low signal analogue and/or digital electronics
3. Experience with scripting/programming (ideally Python)
4. Previous experience in validation/verification
