Circet UK are looking for an experienced Validation and Escalation Manager.

Working with Circet

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Maintaining the HPP Process, working with HSEQ to review every second month.

* Audits of HPP works on Assure, working with HSEQ to review monthly targets and actions against poor performance.

* BAPA – Managing Process and work with Ops and asset owners to resolve issues.

* Managing access to information on AFS

* Creation and delivery of HPP training specific to role and competency, validation, co-ordinators (UK not just PMO), Supervisors etc

* Working proactively with peers to jeopardymanage workflow across work streams to ensure contracted tasks are deliverable within the agreed timescales

  • Contribute to the health and safety of our field staff by providing accurate information about other utilities in the vicinity of our excavation works. Ensure that all utility prints are accurately analysed to identify the voltages and pressures of cables and pipelines in the vicinity of excavation works before being issued Operational Teams to ensure the safe delivery of the project in line with Internal procedures.

* Effectively manage and document any issues/escalations raised, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner and to a successful conclusion andin line with contractual SLA’s.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

* Excellent Communication, interpersonal, organisational & planning skills.

* Proven track record of delivery to client Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

* Customer and Delivery focused.

* A good understanding and some practical experience in managing Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations

* A good understanding of project governance and control

* Knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure build programs

* Proven ability to work effectively without direct supervision is essential

* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
