Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Warwick is seeking an experienced NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician / VAG Specialist to join our technical crew. You will be responsible for routine servicing, detailed fault-finding, diagnostic troubleshooting, and core mechanical repairs across Volkswagen Group passenger cars.

Base salary £35,000–£45,000 per year DOE, plus a team performance bonus scheme. Benefits include 28 days holiday (20 days plus 8 bank holidays), pension, on-site parking, workwear and favourable parts

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Essential).
• Proven hands-on experience with VAG marques or strong multi-brand diagnostics.
• Skilled in cambelt/timing belt renewals, clutch builds and general repair work.
• DVSA Class 4 MOT Tester Licence is advantageous but not required.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and fault-finding on VW Group vehicles.
• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and core mechanical repairs.
• Work across a broad range of VW, Audi, SEAT and Škoda models.

• Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team performance bonus scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule (08:30 – 17:30) + alternate Saturday morning shifts

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Essential).
• Proven hands-on experience working with VAG marques (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda) or strong multi-brand background with diagnostic confidence.
• Solid skills in cambelt/timing belt renewals, clutch builds, diagnostic isolation, and general repair work.
• Active DVSA Class 4 MOT Tester Licence is an advantage, but non-essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
