Job summary

Dunbia in Dungannon is seeking a Machine Operator to run Sealvac/Mondini packaging lines, set up machines, monitor quality and packaging, and perform routine maintenance on site.

You will work as part of a team to hit daily targets, follow SOPs, ensure food safety standards, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Shift role with emphasis on accuracy and willingness to work extra hours when required.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Able to follow SOPs and customer specifications.
• Flexible to work additional hours when required.
• Experience with food production is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure safe, efficient production on Sealvac/Mondini lines.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet production specs.
• Monitor packaging quality, vacuum integrity and seal performance.
• Carry out routine checks, cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Pack, label and present products to required standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets.
• Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and Food Quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and well organised.
