Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure safe, efficient and continuous production using Sealvac/Mondini machines.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet production requirements and customer specifications.
• Monitor packaging quality, vacuum integrity and seal performance during production runs.
• Carry out routine checks, cleaning and first-line maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure products are packed, labelled and presented to the required customer and quality standards.
• Complete relevant production documentation accurately.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and satisfy customer requirements.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and food quality standards in line with company rules.
• Carry out general housekeeping duties and keep work areas clean and orderly.
