Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is recruiting Key Skilled Operatives to join our team at the Dungannon site. Successful candidates will process product within their department and ensure hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are maintained.

A key element is working as part of a team to meet production KPIs. Roles involve operating machinery (training provided), maintaining quality, and rotating duties to support other areas of the factory.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Good numeracy and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Product processing (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering, evisceration - depending on area).
• Responsibility for personal health & safety and that of other colleagues.
• Ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Maintaining hygiene standards.
• Product packaging and boxing.
• Product weighing.
• Rotation of duties and flexibility to support other areas of the factory.
• Meeting productivity standards.
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Carrying out any additional duties as required.
