Job summary

Dunbia is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to be based at the Dungannon Retail site. You will operate Sealvac/Mondini equipment, set up machines, monitor seals and packaging quality, and perform routine maintenance while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role is shift-based and requires flexible, reliable team players who can work to customer specifications and contribute to daily targets. Prior experience in food production and knowledge of food safety is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure safe, efficient and continuous production on Sealvac/Mondini lines.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet production requirements.
• Monitor packaging quality, vacuum integrity and seal performance during runs.
• Carry out routine checks, cleaning and first‑line maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure products are packed, labelled and presented to required standards; complete production documentation.
