University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Community & Partner Trainer (non-clinical) to develop and deliver vaccination outreach training across BNSSG. The role involves collaborating with general practice, VCSE partners and system stakeholders to drive aligned service delivery.

The post requires design and delivery of training packages, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to travel across the BNSSG area. Hybrid working with office-based days is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training packages to diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of vaccination delivery best practice in outreach settings.
• Experience working with the VCSE sector.
• Working knowledge of underserved populations and barriers to engagement with health care.
• At least 2 years of experience managing services from initiation to closure.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including senior leaders and external partners.
• Strong track record in risk management, resource planning and performance monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver needs-based training schedules on vaccination education to general practice, VCSE organisations and underserved populations.
• Collaborate with service managers to align delivery with strategic goals.
• Work in a team, flexing capacity to respond to surge requirements.
• Monitor milestones, KPIs and deliverables and adjust plans to maintain momentum.
• Identify risks, maintain a risk register and implement mitigation strategies.
• Produce high-quality reports for senior leadership, including dashboards and summaries.
• Lead post-service reviews and lessons learned to inform future initiatives.
• Design and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new practices.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and standards; maintain documentation and audit trails.
