Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging interfaces with a user-centered approach.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to design systems while staying current with industry trends and best practices. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma or similar tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and front-end collaboration.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and usability-driven design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Conduct user research and analyze insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and interaction flows for UX designs.
• Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Structure information architecture with user flows, sitemaps and navigation.
• Contribute to design system development and maintain guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative design practices.
