Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks a skilled UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, translating user needs into engaging interfaces with a user-centered approach.

You will build wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to an effective design process within an Agile environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of UX/UI design or product design experience.
• Strong portfolio of UX/UI projects.
• Proficiency with Sketch or Figma.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and align design solutions with business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to conceptualise and design intuitive experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across products.
