Job summary

The Goodwood Group is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to drive our digital transformation. You will design and prototype interfaces, test components and user flows for our websites, collaborating with the UX Manager and agency partners to craft accessible experiences.

Based at The Goodwood Motor Circuit, you will shape how customers interact with our brands across events and online experiences, balancing elegant visuals with practical usability while embracing AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in UI design including interaction design.
• Exceptional UI design skills with user-centered design principles.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
• Portfolio showcasing hands-on design work.

Responsibilities

• Transform business objectives into impactful user journeys and interfaces.
• Validate and iterate designs using research and data; support experimentation.
• Balance ideal UX with technical constraints and business risks.
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Brand, Data, Insights teams and external agencies.
