Job summary

Xplor is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive experiences across our digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into engaging interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes.

You bring at least 3 years of UX/UI design experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Sketch or Figma, HTML/CSS knowledge, and a user-centered mindset. English fluency and Agile experience are required; join a fast-growing team backed by Xplor.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile development processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and align design solutions with business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to conceptualize and design intuitive user experiences.
• Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces in line with brand guidelines.
• Structure information effectively with information architecture, user flows, and navigation systems.
• Contribute to design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
