TMP268 is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing digital team in Bristol. You will balance creativity with problem-solving to design intuitive digital experiences, contributing to scalable design systems used across multiple products and services.

You will collaborate with UX directors, strategists, content designers, developers and client teams to translate user insights into engaging, accessible interfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience designing websites or applications with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma with components, Auto Layout and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating reusable components and scalable design systems.
