Job summary

The National College is looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team and shape the experience of our digital products. You will design intuitive, high-quality interfaces that create seamless and engaging user experiences for educators and administrators.

Working with Product Managers and Developers, you will translate ideas into thoughtful, user-centred designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio across web/mobile.
• Ability to own end-to-end design across multiple products and projects.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces and interactive prototypes for new features.
• Apply and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into designs.
• Work with Developers to ensure accurate implementation and quality.
