Job summary

The Goodwood Estate Company Limited is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to drive the design of our digital experiences. You will prototype, test and iterate UI components and user flows for our websites, collaborating with the UX Manager and agency partners to craft accessible, delightful interfaces.

We value someone who balances elegant design with practical constraints, can translate complex problems into simple solutions, and shows a strong attention to detail across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in UI design and interaction design.
• Strong portfolio of digital experiences with user-centered focus.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype UI components, templates and flows for websites.
• Collaborate with UX Manager and external agencies to deliver high-quality designs.
• Validate ideas with research, data, and experimentation when possible.
• Translate business needs into intuitive, accessible user journeys.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to developers and stakeholders.
