ARC Regulatory Ltd. in Belfast seeks a hands-on UX/UI Designer & Front-End Developer to design, build and improve ARC's digital platforms.

You will translate user needs into scalable web experiences and help govern the Design System across products. Collaborating with Product, Engineering and AI teams, you’ll lead user research, create wireframes, maintain accessible UI, and deliver production-ready front-end solutions using modern web tech.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant field and strong portfolio
• 5+ years in UX/UI design or front-end development
• Experience designing modern web applications and design systems
• Proficiency in Figma, wireframing, prototyping and interface design
• Experience integrating front-end with APIs and backend services
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practice
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams and cross-functional collaboration

Aufgaben

• Lead user research through interviews, workshops, surveys, usability testing and feedback analysis
• Create user journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces
• Own and evolve the Design System with accessible, scalable UI standards
• Translate complex needs into intuitive product experiences delivering measurable value
• Build responsive, maintainable front-end solutions using modern web technologies
• Develop reusable UI components and modernise ARC's Digital Product Portfolio
• Collaborate across the software lifecycle with Product, Engineers, AI Engineers and Testers
• Design clear experiences for AI-enabled workflows and emergent capabilities
• Champion design thinking, usability, accessibility and continuous improvement across ARC
