About the Company
Our client is a large, global organisation investing in a new generation of technology capability, transforming customer and employee experience and reshaping how software is designed, built, tested and delivered. Their AI Services team explores, tests and shapes the future of AI-powered experiences across the business - creating proof-of-concepts, prototypes and early-stage products that show how emerging technology can deliver real value for customers and the business.
Role Overview
This isn't a traditional UX role. We're looking for a designer who's genuinely curious about how AI systems work and comfortable working closely with engineers to shape experiences that are technically feasible and genuinely valuable. You'll combine strong UX craft with technical curiosity - understanding how model behaviour, architecture, cost and performance considerations shape the experiences you create - and bring what you learn back to the team through prototypes and demonstrations. Above all, you'll care deeply about the end user, testing and validating ideas continuously and helping embed a culture of experimentation across the wider team.
