Job summary

Argus Media in London is seeking a passionate UX/UI designer focused on responsive web and native apps. You will lead user experience efforts across multiple products, collaborating with product owners and engineers to deliver scalable, AI-assisted solutions.

You will drive design quality, conduct user research, and evolve our design systems while delivering high-quality, intuitive interfaces for enterprise users.

Qualifications

• Hybrid UX/UI design experience with emphasis on responsive/mobile apps.
• Strong web/mobile UI knowledge and cross-platform consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple mobile projects concurrently.
• Experience designing enterprise apps with complex journeys.
• Proven data visualization and BI dashboard design skills.
• Prototyping rapidly with paper, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Scalable design thinking across multiple sprints.
• Experience expanding design systems and AI-assisted UX patterns.
• Familiar with usability principles and WCAG guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and visual stakeholder communication.
• Independent user research and usability testing capability.

Responsibilities

• Own UX across responsive web and native platforms.
• Design for Flutter-based apps and ensure consistency across Android/iOS.
• Balance platform-specific needs with enterprise desktop consistency.
• Gather and evaluate requirements with product teams and engineers.
• Champion design quality throughout development.
• Review designs, handovers, and resolve issues with dev teams.
• Define interaction models and measure success.
• Create storyboards, mockups, and AI-assisted concepts.
• Represent UX across teams and run design workshops.
• Translate ideas into prototypes for testing.
• Extend and improve component libraries.
