Location: Godalming, Surrey - HQ. Hybrid working pattern 2x days per week in the office: Tuesdays & Thursdays. The office is located close to Godalming station, with direct trains from/to London Waterloo in approximately 45 minutes.
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience)
As our UX/UI Designer, you'll deliver user-centric design across digital products and supporter journeys, with a clear focus maximizinging engagement and conversion. Sitting within the Digital Product team, you will help create high-quality, intuitive digital experiences that support our long-term organisational and fundraising strategies.
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
To succeed as our UX/UI Designer, you'll need to bring specialised knowledge of UX/UI design for digital platforms and products, as well as a strong understanding of responsive, mobile-first interface design. You'll need to be confident translating user needs, organisational goals and practical delivery considerations into clear, accessible and engaging digital experiences.
