• Specialised knowledge of UX/UI design for digital platforms and products.
• Experience translating user needs into practical, accessible design.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centred journeys across digital products and donation flows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs for new features.
• Incorporate usability findings and analytics into design decisions.
• Maintain accessibility and inclusive design standards with developers.
• Contribute to testing, iteration and shared learning to improve journeys.
