Are you a product designer who wants to design solutions that make a difference?

Our Product & User Experience team operate in multi-disciplinary teams so we can deliver digital services at scale. This is an exciting development opportunity for a UX / UI designer with a passion for simple and accessible design.

Clarion Housing Group is a business for social purpose and our mission is to provide homes for those who need them most. Our Housing Association serves 360,000 residents in 125,000 homes. As a User Experience and User Interface designer you will:

  • Research user needs and create artifacts that help stakeholders visualise problems.
  • Create prototypes and mock-ups to rally teams around early-stage concepts.
  • Design intuitive multi-channel service experiences for customers and staff.
  • Champion simple and accessible service experiences that work for everyone.
  • Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Help evolve our multi-brand design system.
  • Highly proficient in Figma with a strong technical understanding of its capabilities, adept at translating design concepts into front-end development requirements, and collaborating effectively with engineers to ensure designs are both intuitive and technically feasible.

We're looking for a designer who understands multi-channel customer services and can get to grips with complex business problems. You'll be equally comfortable workshopping user journeys and delivering high-fidelity design deliverables in Figma.
