Job summary

Tesco PLC in London is seeking a Mid-weight UX Researcher to help shape the future of our Enterprise and Data Science tools. You will uncover user needs, behaviours and pain points, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure insights drive product, design and business decisions.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Data Scientists to embed user-centred thinking and facilitate workshops to share insights with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading UX research across enterprise products or complex orgs.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative methods including interviews, usability testing, contextual enquiry, workshops and journey mapping.
• Experience translating insights into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver UX research across Enterprise and Data Science products and user journeys.
• Plan and conduct research from discovery to post-launch evaluation.
• Identify user needs, behaviours and pain points through a range of methods.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for product and design decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Data Scientists to embed user-centred thinking.
