Bókun’s Product team seeks a hands-on researcher with a well-rounded skill set that covers both user experience and market analysis. Our work ranges from exploratory to evaluative, from qualitative to quantitative. We work closely with designers, product managers, product marketing managers, data analysts, and engineering to collaborate on devising the best solution for both tour/experience operators and travelers.
The right candidate will be experienced in qualitative methods such as in-depth interviewing, concept testing, and usability testing. They will also be experienced with designing and analyzing surveys, passionate about research and travel, comfortable in a fast-moving organization, and excited to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
