Meta Internal Title: User Experience Research 5

Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)

Duration: 10 months (with potential extension)

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 40 hours/week

Bonus: 15%

• Design and execute end-to-end UX research using mixed methods (quant + qual)
• Conduct usability testing for developer-facing tools (simulation and performance)
• Partner with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and designers to influence product decisions
• Create research roadmaps and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Work with VR/XR teams focused on Meta’s Quest OS developer platform

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 5–10 years’ experience in UX or product research
• Strong foundational research skills and statistical evaluation (T-tests, ANOVA, regressions)
• Experience in usability testing, focus groups, or in-depth interviews
• Proficiency with STATA, SPSS, SQL, R, or similar tools
• Experience working with or researching developers, SDKs, Unity, Unreal, or XR/VR tools
• Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related fields
• Experience in B2B environments, gaming, tech, or financial services
• Understanding of developer workflows and toolsets
• Familiarity with simulation or performance testing environments
• Team sits across London, the US, and Zurich
• Report directly to the hiring manager in London
• Collaborative and fast-paced team focused on innovation and usability
• 1 round – 45-minute interview on research skills
• Potential 2nd qualifying interview if needed
