Job summary

REED Technology are recruiting for an experienced UX Designer to join a major digital transformation programme. The role focuses on owning the user experience across a new web-based platform and shaping intuitive journeys that deliver real value to end users.

This opportunity involves working closely with stakeholders, product teams and developers to keep user needs at the centre of the design process. We are seeking someone who can drive user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

Qualifications

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Strong ability to design web-based applications and digital products.
Excellent wireframing, prototyping and usability testing skills.
Experience leading workshops with stakeholders and gathering requirements.
Solid understanding of UX methodologies and user-centred design principles.

Responsibilities

Lead User Experience activities across a web-based application.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges and user needs.
Conduct discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Create user journeys, personas, process flows and customer journey maps.
Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Validate designs through user feedback and usability testing.
Translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and Delivery teams throughout the design lifecycle.
Champion user-centred design principles and best practices.
Continuously improve and refine designs based on feedback and insights.
