Job summary

Capital Group’s Creative Services team is seeking a senior UX/UI designer to drive design across websites, social channels and emails. The role focuses on creating wireframes, prototypes and interactive experiences that align with our design system and brand standards.

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers, ensuring feasible, high-quality implementations while meeting deadlines and maintaining a strong visual language across platforms.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles with 5+ years experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design and UX software (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to create and present user journeys via maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Strong visual design skills and keen eye for detail.
• Creativity and strong communication. skills; collaboration essential.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualise design concepts and user flows.
• Utilise design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across projects.
• Implement responsive and adaptive design principles for various devices.
• Work with internal stakeholders to produce engaging digital content (websites, social media, emails).
• Ensure designs are communicated and implemented in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.
• Meet deadlines and maintain high quality in all design work.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure feasibility and implementation.
