RMG is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own the experience vision for complex digital products in a UK hybrid setup. You will drive discovery to delivery, run workshops, and translate research into practical designs.

Prototyping in Figma, conducting user research, and close collaboration with developers and stakeholders will shape outcomes. Work in a hybrid environment with clients and internal teams, ensuring user-centered solutions that meet business goals and timelines.

Are you a strategic designer who thrives on transforming complex problems into intuitive, impactful digital products? RMG is a technology recruiting agency connecting top-tier talent with ambitious digital delivery projects across the UK. We are currently representing an exciting permanent opportunity for a Senior UX Designer. Working in a hybrid setup within the United Kingdom on a full-time basis, you will take ownership of the experience vision, guiding projects end to end from discovery all the way to final delivery.

Lead end-to-end UX design across the full product lifecycle, translating user research and strategic business goals into refined digital solutions. Plan and facilitate collaborative design workshops with clients and internal teams to align on experience vision and product requirements. Design and execute both moderated and unmoderated user research, translating insights into actionable personas, journey maps, and information architecture. Build rapid low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma, Miro, and Dovetail. Partner closely with development teams to produce clear technical specifications and oversee seamless design handover. Present design solutions and strategic rationale confidently to senior stakeholders and client leadership.

Требования:

Substantial hands-on UX design experience delivering complex digital products across multi-disciplinary environments. Deep craft expertise spanning user interviews, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture. Mastery of modern design and research tooling, particularly Figma, Miro, and Dovetail. Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a proven track record of presenting complex design decisions clearly to senior audiences. Demonstrable experience collaborating directly with developers to guide designs through to technical completion. Existing right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this position).

• Background working on digital journeys within financial services, banking, or regulated sectors

up to £70K DOE This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to lead design on challenging, multi-sector digital initiatives from discovery to implementation. Working in a collaborative hybrid setup, you will shape the creative direction of major digital platforms, solve complex architecture and user flow challenges, and see your design decisions come to life through close collaboration with technical delivery teams.
