Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Возглавлять дизайн интуитивных, масштабируемых UX для веб и цифровых платформ.
• Переводить сложные требования в пользовательские маршруты, потоки, информационную архитектуру и модели взаимодействия.
• Определять и развивать фреймворки и системы опыта на нескольких точках соприкосновения.
• Применять принципы UX, основанные на исследованиях, инсайтах и данных.
• Планировать и проводить UX-исследования и тестирование удобства, обобщая результаты для улучшений.
• Сотрудничать с дизайнерами, копирайтерами, технологами и продуктовыми командами.
• Прототипировать и итеративно улучшать решения на тестировании.
• Четко презентовать работу и обосновывать принятые решения.
• Вносить вклад в общую концепцию опыта и согласованность по рабочим направлениям.

Задачи

• Lead the design of intuitive, scalable user experiences across web and digital platforms
• Translate complex requirements into user journeys, flows, information architecture and interaction models
• Define and evolve experience frameworks and systems across multiple touchpoints
• Apply user-centred design principles based on research, insight and data
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, synthesising findings into design improvements
• Collaborate with designers, writers, technologists and product teams
• Prototype and iterate solutions through testing and feedback
• Present work clearly and articulate the rationale behind decisions
• Contribute to the overall experience vision and alignment across wider workstreams

Требования

• Significant experience in user experience design, ideally in an agency or product environment
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX across complex digital products or platforms
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, service design and interaction design principles
• Experience designing end-to-end journeys from concept through to delivery
• Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, elegant solutions
• Proficiency in modern UX and prototyping tools, including Figma and related platforms
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders
• Systems thinking with attention to both detail and the bigger picture
• Curiosity about human behaviour and motivation to create meaningful experiences
• Calm, focused and highly organised approach in complex environments
