Job summary

DUSK is seeking a UX Designer to join our Leeds-based Creative team. You will enhance our UX approach, working closely with the CRO team and contributing to CRM and Marketing experiences.

You will build on our established design system in Figma, ensuring a cohesive visual language across customer journeys, with emphasis on accessibility and data-informed design decisions. Hybrid working and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing for mobile-first retail/ecommerce is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Figma and building on an existing design system.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate across key user journeys with wireframes, prototypes, and UI.
• Extend the existing design system while maintaining brand language across channels.
• Collaborate with CRO and marketing teams on test-ready designs.
• Translate insights into user-centered design solutions.
• Present decisions clearly to stakeholders across Creative, Ecom and CRM.
• Lend design capacity to CRM and marketing channels.
• Manage work through Linear and track progress.
