Weird Fish Clothing is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Marketing and Ecommerce teams in a hybrid role at our Head Office in Tewkesbury. You will lead UX design, run CRO experiments, and improve customer journey communications via our CRM.

A strong portfolio and data-driven mindset are essential, with collaboration across marketing, development and ecommerce teams. Key responsibilities include designing mobile-first experiences, ensuring fast load times, and working with copywriters to

Competenze

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX, from wireframes to polished high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience of analysing data results to derive learnings/insights.
UI/UX Skills: deep understanding of user flow, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first design.
Graphic design background with ability to create visually appealing and conversion-focused designs & images.

Mansioni
