Job summary

Elemis is seeking a UX/UI Researcher for CRO & Optimisation to lead experimentation strategy and collaboration across UK/US ecommerce teams. You will manage CRO agency delivery, design tests, and interpret behavioural and commercial data to improve customer journeys.

The role requires hands-on research, independent prioritisation, and strong stakeholder engagement in a hybrid London-based setting. 12-month fixed-term contract with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce CRO or digital optimisation.
• Experience owning experimentation roadmaps and running tests in AB Tasty or similar.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• CRO agency and roadmap: own experimentation strategy, prioritise work, direct AB Tasty tests, coordinate QA.
• Behavioural and commercial insight: diagnose friction using analytics and performance data.
• Customer research: plan usability tests, interviews and surveys; synthesize findings.
• Optimisation delivery: identify opportunities and move improvements into delivery.
• Stakeholder communication: present recommendations to ecommerce, brand, product and design.
• Research knowledge: maintain insight repository and key decisions.
