Job summary

Oxara London is seeking a Midweight UX Digital Designer to work across a range of digital projects for retail and financial services clients, including new websites, complex decision‑based journeys and CRO‑driven optimisations. You’ll own design tasks end‑to‑end, collaborating with UX designers, developers and QA, while growing within a design‑led, CRO‑aware agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a digital design role (agency or in‑house).
• Strong portfolio showing your creative design work and client results.
• High proficiency in Figma with components, variants, auto layout and shared libraries.
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for image prep and production outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design websites, landing pages and digital journeys across clients and industries.
• Create clean, intuitive UI designs with strong typography and visual hierarchy.
• Translate UX thinking and wireframes into polished, high‑fidelity designs.
• Deliver pixel‑perfect assets on time and to brief.
