Job summary

Accenture ищет опытного UX-дизайнера для работы над сервисами и цифровыми продуктами в рамках Experience Design. Ваша задача — исследовать пользователей, разрабатывать маршруты, прототипы и дизайн-системы совместно с многофункциональной командой.

Требуется опыт в дизайне и разработке жизненного цикла продукта, способность работать с разработчиками и заказчиками, ориентация на доступность и бизнес-цели.

Qualifications

• Опыт UX-дизайна не менее 3 лет в компании, ориентированной на пользователя или государственном органе.
• Степень в области дизайна, психологии, HCI или смежной области.
• Опыт на протяжении цикла дизайн-разработки, взаимодействие с разработчиками.
• Опыт в сервис-дизайне: карты путешествия пользователя, потоки, прототипы.
• Опыт создания компонентной UI и дизайн-систем.
• Дизайн мобильных, планшетных и настольных интерфейсов с учётом доступности.
• Понимание типографики, теории цвета, брендинга.
• Понимание разработки цифровых сервисов, работы в agile-обстановке.
• Сильные коммуникативные навыки и работа с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Портфолио процессов дизайна.

Responsibilities

• Проводить исследования пользователей, открытия и оценки дизайна.
• Планировать, охватывать, анализировать и сообщать выводы.
• Преобразовывать бизнес-процессы в пути пользователя через сервис-дизайн.
• Создавать сервисные blueprints, пользовательские маршруты и прототипы.
• Разрабатывать услуги, ориентированные на пользователя, с учётом доступности и бизнес-требований.
• Руководить инженерами при реализации дизайна и сотрудничать с UX-исследователями и партнёрами.
• Проводить воркшопы и инициативы по инклюзивному дизайну.
• Переводить потребности пользователей в маршруты и демонстрировать их ценность.
• Уточнять истории пользователя и критерии acceptans для команды.
• Идентифицировать паттерны и рабочие потоки по Wider system.
• Участвовать в анализе и синтезе, строить консенсус и критически оценивать предположения.

Its Experience Design team creates services and digital products for public- and private-sector clients, drawing on user research, service design, interaction design, design systems, and design thinking.

Задачи:

• Conduct user research, discoveries, and design evaluations
• plan, scope, analyze, and communicate findings
• Transform business processes into user journeys through service design
• Create service blueprints, user journeys, flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, interface and component designs, specifications, presentations, and design pitches
• Develop user-centered, inclusive, and accessible services that meet user needs and business requirements
• Guide software engineers as they implement designs and collaborate with UX researchers, users, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
• Lead workshops and inclusive design initiatives
• Translate user needs into journeys and demonstrate how solutions meet those needs with measurable value
• Reshape user stories and define acceptance criteria with the team
• Identify patterns and workflows across the wider system
• Contribute to analysis and synthesis, build consensus, and challenge assumptions

Требования:

• At least 3 years of design experience at a consumer-focused company or government body
• Degree in Design, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Experience across the design and development lifecycle, from discovery through working with developers on the final solution
• Service Design/UX experience, including user journeys, flows, low- and high-fidelity designs, and prototype experiences for user testing
• Experience producing component-based UI or contributing to a design system
• Experience designing mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces and products that meet accessibility standards
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, branding, and information hierarchy
• Good understanding of how digital services are designed, developed, and operated
• Understanding of agile and lean practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• A portfolio showcasing design process and thinking
