• Elevate and strengthen the UI Design offering
• Communicate the design process to clients from concept to solution
• Own problems and feedback proactively
• Lead design on key accounts with senior stakeholders
• Present concepts and own design decisions
• Represent the UI & Content team as a senior representative within the agency
• Pitch as part of a wider team

• Ability to create and theme design systems for brands

• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure

• Experience working at digital or creative agencies and/or in-house design studios
• Degree in Graphic Design, UI, or a similar discipline
• Breadth of experience across sectors and audiences
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality online design, including eCommerce
