Job summary
Historic England is seeking a Data Analyst (UX) to join the Digital Engagement Team in Swindon with a hybrid working pattern between office and home. This full-time, fixed-term contract runs until March 2029.
The role focuses on gathering and interpreting data on user interactions across our digital channels and delivering actionable insights to guide product decisions. You will configure analytics, monitor performance, and develop reports and visualisations to support evidence-led evolution
Qualifications
- Experience in configuring analytics tracking, creating reports and visualisations, and interpreting data to deliver actionable insights for digital products.
Responsibilities
- Configure analytics tracking and monitor feature performance.
- Create clear reports and visualisations for evidence-led product evolution.
- Collaborate with Developers and Designers in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines.
