About the role

What you'll be doing

1. Carrying out Underground Utility Surveys on sites across the UK and on various projects.
2. Providing assistance and support to all Survey Department members.
3. Completing surveys within set deadlines and specifications.
4. Ensuring all documentation meets the required templates and standards.
5. Adhering to all relevant processes and procedures.
6. Resolving conflicts effectively when they arise.
7. Living and delivering Balfour Beatty values, ensuring high standards of Health and Safety compliance and promoting the same among team members.

Who we're looking for

• Experience in conducting Underground Utilities Mapping Surveys.
• Knowledge of industry standards and specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of GPR, EML, Sonde, Flexi Trace, and other survey equipment.
• Familiarity with survey processing software (LSS, SCC, N4CE) and CAD software.
• Experience in team collaboration, team building, relationship management, and motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
