Role: Utilities Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Liverpool

Due to the expansion of the business, an exciting role has become available for a Utilities Manager. We are a giant within the Chemical Process industry and are looking for an experienced manager to ensure we stay at the forefront of the market.

The role:
  1. Ensure that the utilities are produced and distributed in a manner that meets Safety, Quality, Cost, Environmental, and Service requirements.
  2. Ensure access to equipment so that maintenance activities and programs are carried out proactively to improve Safety, Reliability, Quality, and Efficiency.
  3. Oversee all aspects of the Utilities, including shift operations and labour resource management, to ensure operational standards and key results are achieved.
  4. Act as the point of contact for internal customers in case of any utility supply interruptions.
The successful candidate:
  • Degree in Scientific or Engineering discipline.
  • Experience managing a team, establishing clear goals and expectations.
  • Experience managing budgets within a utility setting.
  • Experience formulating and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
