  • You will deliver system and process improvements, driving transformational change.
  • You will lead and develop your team, ensuring principles, structures, and responsibilities are in place for delivery.
  • You will foster relationships internally and externally, working towards net zero carbon goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in delivering service excellence and in commercial management.
  • Understanding of costs, timescales, risk management, and contract types.
  • Knowledge of BIM, value engineering, life cycle costing, and contractual frameworks.
  • Analytical, digital competence, and effective communication skills.
  • Degree in quantity surveying or cost management, with relevant professional memberships (e.g., MRICS/RICS).
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Awareness of sustainability, social value, and industry best practices.
