Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major infrastructure programme in the Exeter area. You will directing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring delivery of water and wastewater projects from construction through commissioning and handover, while maintaining safety, quality and client satisfaction.

You will bring substantial experience in major infrastructure with strong leadership and financial management capabilities, along with SMSTS and CSCS credentials and HNC-level

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading major infrastructure projects for a main contractor.
• SMSTS and CSCS cards held.
• HNC in construction or equivalent with professional qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver water and infrastructure schemes safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage project risk, commercial performance and client satisfaction across the delivery lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners and stakeholders at all levels.
• Champion continuous improvement, digital construction tools and modern methods of construction.
• Provide leadership from construction through to commissioning and handover.
