Description for the User Researcher:

This is a fantastic opportunity with an international management consulting company, who are looking to fill multiple User Researcher roles to help deliver innovative digital solutions to a number of end clients in the UK, particularly in large-scale digital transformation projects in the Public Sector. This role offers the chance to join their growing digital practice and provides excellent opportunities for career growth.

The company offers comprehensive training to all its consultants, including online and classroom sessions.

Candidates can work remotely from anywhere in the UK. Occasional client visits will be required for meetings, but these will be fully funded.

Experience required for the User Researcher roles:

• At least 18 months of commercial experience in a User Researcher role
• Experience with Public Sector and GDS standards (Government Digital Standards)
• Must have lived in the UK for over 5 years, without leaving for more than 28 consecutive days during that period, to qualify for Security Clearance at SC level

Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package including extensive training and clear career development plans.
