Description for the User Researcher:

This is a fantastic opportunity with an international management consulting company, which is looking to fill multiple User Researcher roles to help deliver innovative digital solutions to end clients in the UK, particularly in large-scale digital transformation projects in the Public Sector. The company offers comprehensive training to all its consultants, including online and classroom sessions.

Candidates can work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with occasional client visits for meetings, which will be fully funded.

Experience required for the User Researcher roles:

• At least 18 months of commercial experience as a User Researcher
• Experience with Public Sector and GDS standards (Government Digital Service)
• Have lived in the UK for more than 5 years and not left for more than 28 consecutive days during that period to be eligible for Security Clearance at SC level

The salary for these roles is up to £55,000, depending on experience, along with an excellent benefits package, including extensive training and clear career development plans.
