About the role:
For this role, we are seeking individuals with a strong background in consultancy. You should have expertise in working across both public and private sectors, and the ability to make informed decisions, mentor others, and effectively lead our clients while representing your consultancy with diplomacy. Occasionally, you may be asked to support internal business needs based on your skill set and alignment with the CX Design team's principles and approach. We value team members who can contribute to our growth and help us stay aligned with current industry trends.
We are looking for researchers who can collaboratively guide and lead digital teams throughout the research and design process. You should be confident in making decisions, mentoring, and leading clients, all while maintaining a diplomatic approach. The candidates should be eligible to obtain a security clearance to the BPSS level.
