Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited is seeking a Site Co-Ordinator/Vehicle Progressor at Brighton Mercedes-Benz. The role supports the sales team by organising vehicles on site, loading the online showroom daily with photos, prices and descriptions, and delivering vehicles to customers.

You will also create CitNOW videos and oversee social media activity, working in a fast-paced premium environment. The ideal candidate is highly organised with strong IT skills, good communication, and a detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced premium automotive environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid IT skills and basic social media knowledge for business use.

Responsibilities

• Load and maintain used car online showroom with daily updates of pictures, prices and descriptions.
• Take CitNOW videos for customers.
• Organise vehicles on site to presentable condition for customers.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts and responses.
• Collect and deliver vehicles to customers.
• Maintain site and vehicles to high standards.
