Job summary

Vertu Mercedes Benz of Ascot is seeking a Vehicle Progressor to join our team. The role requires preparing all vehicles to brand standards within 72 hours of arrival, coordinating cosmetic work, photographs for sale, and maintaining an attractive forecourt.

Ideal candidates will have automotive industry experience, a passion for Mercedes-Benz, and strong communication skills. A full UK driving licence is required, with opportunities for ongoing training and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry preferred.
• A passion for Mercedes Benz essential.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and work independently or in a team.
• Driven, motivated and detail-oriented with good use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare each vehicle to meet group and brand standards within 72 hours of arrival.
• Coordinate cosmetic work: wheel refurbishment, painting, trim repairs, valeting; photograph vehicles for sale.
• Ensure forecourt stays tidy and vehicles are ready for sale; conduct quality checks after preparation.
• Arrange logistics for returning vehicles to dealerships and preparation for sale.
